Executives in the private sector, entrepreneurs, NGO executives, and public administrators working in or outside Turkey can participate to our programs. Candidates are expected to have some administrative experience, be open to development, and flexible.

| 2. How do I apply to the modular programs or to the programs open to public? | Top |
| You can apply to the program of your choice by filling the application form that you can download from our website. You can then e-mail or fax the form to us. Or, in case you would like the form to be sent to you via e-mail or fax, you can make a request by calling us at 0-216-483 9690. |
| 3. How do I pay the participation fee? | Top |
| After your participation to the program is approved (the approval process is meant to establish a consistent participant profile), you can wire the fee to the bank account number that we will provide; payments may either be in Turkish Liras or US dollars. In addition you can apply and pay by your credit card to some of the EDU programmes from our web site. |
| 4. What does the fee of a modular or public program cover besides educational expenses? | Top |
| In modular programs and programs open to public, the fee covers coffee and tea service, lunch in our special dining hall, and educational materials. |
| 5. Is it necessary for all participants to stay in the campus? | Top |
| To stay in the campus, especially for long-term programs, is important for the efficiency of the program; again, this makes it possible to work in groups and to exchange knowledge. Thanks to programs structured around the EDU education hotel, participants are in fact offered the privilege of continuous education in Sabanci University facilities and the chance to profit from the technological infrastructure of the campus. |
| 6. Is it possible to connect to the Internet via a laptop computer in the EDU hotel? | Top |
| Via a laptop computer, you can connect to the Internet by using the Sabanci University server. On campus, wireless connection in many locations is provided, and these locations are marked by signs. If you have a network connection cable, we advise you to bring it with you. |
| 7. I am on special medication. Can I find drugs that I need in the campus? | Top |
| The closest pharmacy is located fifteen kilometers from the Sabanci University campus. For this reason, in case you are on special medication, we strongly advise you to bring your drugs with you in enough quantity for the duration of your stay. Requests for drugs may be made to the campus health care facility early in the morning, and requested material is delivered in the afternoon. An exception may be made in emergencies. |
| 8. I am vegetarian / I am on a special diet. What food options are there on campus? | Top |
| You will be given standard menus to choose from, and you can tell us your food preferences on the basis of those. Next to this, in the daily fixed menu, there is a vegetarian entrée every day. However, if you are following a special diet not covered by the above options, please let us know your needs in advance, and we will be happy to try and meet them. |
