CANCELLATION AND SUBSTITUTION
Cancellation from the programme must be notified in writing by 28 March 2007. The programme fee will be refunded after an application processing fee of € 250 is deducted. There will be no refund for cancellations after the withdrawal date. Substitute candidates will be accepted by 29 March 2007. They will be subject to the same selection process as the original candidate.
