MYGLOBE is a innovative executive programme co-developed by INSEAD, one of the top global business schools and Sabanci University, one of the leading universities in Turkey.

Managers from Turkey enterprises will have the opportunity to tap into the faculties of these two schools in one programme, designed to take advantage of a deep understanding of the local market, the broader emerging market context, as well as global best practice. They will also have the opportunity to work in teams to solve business problems, and with fellow participants from the partner schools, thus acquiring insight into the challenges of managing across cultures from first-hand experience.

The programme will challenge managers from aspiring or young entrants on the multinational scene to think globally, learn from best practice how to create value globally and to make their companies more global from their current position. The programme consists of lectures, case studies, group work, simulations and class discussions. In addition, the programme is organised to allow rich networking among the participants.
