The second module, held on the Europe Campus of INSEAD, will focus on issues of importance to new entrants to the multinational scene: structuring multinational enterprises, raising capital on international markets, developing global brands, managing dispersed teams, etc. This module brings together participants from the partner institutions, creating an unique environment that enables you to experience first hand the rewards and challenges of working and managing in a global environment. You develop a global mindset through experience in working in teams in a multicultural environment. The second module also provides a powerful opportunity to develop networks in emerging markets across four continents. To serve as a bridge between the two modules and to facilitate knowledge sharing, participants will work in groups to develop a business plan to resolve an issue related to internationalisation. The best project from each country will be presented during the second module.

The teaching approach will be problem-focused and highly interactive. Participants will learn through case discussions, joint problem solving, as well as lectures based on the pioneering business research initiated by our faculty. By the end of the programme, participants will have the skills and understanding necessary for leading their own organisations in the global arena.
